The firm

Legal advice run as a project

We work for boards, in-house legal teams and owners who need a precise answer on time, not a general overview of the rules.

Every engagement starts with a one-page proposal: what we'll do, who will do it, by when and at what cost. And it stays that way to the end.

Not in the form large corporations have. But a smaller company still benefits from a few clear rules: who approves what, how a conflict of interest is declared and who to report wrongdoing to.

We always scale the programme to the size and risk of the business.

It can, if the company offers goods or services to people in the European Union or monitors their behaviour, for example through an app or an online shop. In that case both the GDPR and the Serbian Act apply.

Our assessment starts from who your users are and how you reach them.

Fees are charged under the Serbian Bar's tariff or by written agreement: hourly, a fixed fee for a defined piece of work, or a monthly retainer for ongoing advice.

Before work begins you receive a written estimate, and we tell you in advance about any significant change.

It depends on the type of matter and whether it is settled by agreement or decided by a court or authority. Contracts and corporate changes usually take weeks; court proceedings take months or longer.

At the start we give a realistic estimate and explain what it depends on.

Yes. A lawyer must keep secret everything a client entrusts to them, and that duty applies even before an engagement is agreed.

For security, we still recommend that you don't send confidential details through the website form but raise them at the meeting.

Yes. We advise in Serbian and English and prepare written material in the language that suits the client. For documents filed with authorities, we arrange a certified translation.
